Graduates of the Avondale campus earn associate degrees and are prepared to complete examinations to become ASE certified.
Diesel Mechanic Training in Avondale, AZ
In the 45-week Diesel Technology program,7 you can take courses on truck brake systems and chassis, engine service and repair, diesel hydraulic systems and so much more. - Graduates earn either a diploma or associate of specialized technology (AST) degree, depending on the program, with the possibility of additional credentials.
- UTI follows a blended learning model, which includes a mix of online instructor-led training with hands-on application in the lab.18 This type of training is modeled after what’s used in the industry today and can provide more flexibility for students.
UTI’s core programs follow this style, except for Welding, Collision Repair & Refinish Technology, and CNC Machining. These programs follow a hands-on learning model.
